Kai Fei is a clinical support staff at Thrive Psychology Clinic.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate double major programme in Biological Sciences and Psychology at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Kai Fei is a dedicated and passionate individual committed to empowering and enhancing the mental health and well-being of youths. Guided by a deep empathy for youths navigating their coming-of-age years, he recognises the importance of equipping youths with healthy and adaptive coping strategies.
His active involvement in mental health volunteering has granted him valuable insights into everyday challenges faced by young individuals. As the Chairperson of an NTU residential hall student care team, Kai Fei firmly believes that a compassionate and non-judgemental approach is key in building trust, confidence and resilience in youths on their journey towards self-realisation and actualisation.

Kai Fei harbours ambitions of advancing his studies in Clinical Psychology and is eager to apply his theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. At Thrive Psychology Clinic, his goal is to engage meaningfully with people, with genuine care and concern for others, and gain a comprehensive understanding of clinic operations, while refining his interpersonal and customer service abilities.
