A 2-day holiday programme designed to introduce emotion-focused and problem-focused coping methods to the children, as well as ways to identify the most suitable coping method to deal with their challenges.
Students will be equipped with effective coping methods to mediate the effects of stress that they may experience.
Your child will learn guided imagery and breathing techniques, which have been both widely shown to be effective in relieving physical tension and psychological stress.
Various activities such as discussions, games, and role-playing will be employed to target emotional awareness, problem-solving skills, trigger-identification and many more!
