Roisin

“Self-care is how you take your power back” – Lalah Delia

Roisin is a clinical support staff at Thrive Psychology Clinic.

Roisin Lee is a recent psychology honours graduate from Federation University Australia, where she was able to complete her honours thesis, obtain counselling skills and a deeper understanding of psychology. She had also previously undergone her psychology undergraduate studies at the University of Melbourne, where she completed a Mental Health First Aid certificate.

She is currently working part time at Thrive Psychology Clinic as a Clinic Support, where she is able to gain valuable insight into the day-to-day life of a psychology clinic. Her passion for Psychology has always been present since young, starting from when she was 15 where she co-wrote/co-directed a short film centered on Xenophobia in Singapore as shown through the eyes of a young teenager. Her interest in Psychology comes from a place of curiosity regarding the human brain and its inner workings, and a strong desire to help others.

She is committed to pursuing a career as a Psychologist where she will be able to help guide those in need competently and ethically, by helping to identify the core issues affecting them. Roisin hopes to become someone that is able to create a safe space for her clients even in an ever-changing world.
