Jeslyn Liew

Placement Practitioner

With over 20 years of experience working with children and families, Jeslyn is passionate and has the best interest of children and adolescent in mind.  She believes that each child has in them the potential to develop into a person of great value if proper guidance is provided.  With that belief, Jeslyn continued her education beyond a Bachelor in Children and Families Studies to a Professional Diploma in Child Psychotherapy.  Aspiring to hone her skills to help children and adolescents navigate their life with their mental well-being as the core for them to reach their fullest potential.

In her session, Jeslyn incorporates Art therapy, Play therapy and Experiential approaches directed at building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients.  She also plans and implement behavioural interventions for children with special needs.

Jeslyn holds a Bachelor in Children and Families Studies from Edith Cowan University, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Diploma in Child Psychology and Intervention, a Professional Diploma in Child Psychotherapy and is currently pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Youth Development & Mental Wellness.
