Associate Psychologist

Rachel is an Associate Psychologist at Thrive Psychology Clinic. Prior to joining Thrive Psychology Clinic, she has experience working with children in mainstream educational settings and on various clinical research projects with local universities. Her passion lies in developmental & clinical psychology, where she firmly believes in forming a strong and stable foundation from early childhood by equipping the children and youths of today with a toolbox of strategies to overcome struggles and difficulties.

In her therapy journey, Rachel has experience working with clients from a wide range of age groups, from children and teens to elderly. She employs various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Early Start Denver Model to help individuals with various challenges. These include: ASD, ODD, anxiety, depression, selective mutism, cognitive decline, etc.
