Assistant Psychologist/ Psychotherapist
Vivian is an Assistant Psychologist and Psychotherapist at Thrive Psychology Clinic. She has graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science (Honours).
Vivian has experience in working with children and youth with various challenging issues, some of which include: ADHD, impulsivity, oppositional behaviours, anxiety, depression, selective mutism and meta-cognitive impairment, etc. She employs techniques from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Applied Behavioural Analysis, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Apart from managing the clinical operations at Thrive, Vivian also develops and markets workshops and programmes for children. She also has experience in preparing programme outlines and training materials for private organisations, and hosting workshops for children in the areas of social skills, stress management, positive self-talk, leadership and mindfulness.
Vivian’s prior experiences include coaching for children and youth in various aspects of their development, such as interpersonal and cognitive development.
