Zachary Fu

Clinical Support Intern

Zachary is a 4th year Honours student from the University of Queensland – Australia studying a Bachelors of Psychological Science (Honours). He believes studying psychology makes one more empathetic & sincere and supports any advocates of psychology.

His interest in psychology has stemmed from books by Hayes and Zimbardo at the age of 17 and has been keen to pursue a career in psychology ever since. As his current focus is in the field of cognition, he hopes to gain knowledge and exposure on some of the therapies offered by Thrive.

Founding his own hobbies & recreational society at UQ while remaining an avid member of the UQ Cycling Club, Zac spends his quality time either training on his bike or hosting events for his society teaching and training others in the sport of poker. He has recently completed a 100+KM ride from Brisbane City to Gold Coast and is currently working towards a 200KM ride.
