"We are each gifted in a unique and important way."
Vesilia is an Associate Psychologist at Thrive Psychology Clinic. In addition to her clinical role, she is also the Clinic Manager and Head of Thrive Psychology Clinic’s Human Resource Department.

Fascinated by the complexities of the human mind and behaviour from a young age, Vesilia discovered her passion for clinical and child psychology through her academic journey and practical experiences. Her curiosity deepened during her time at Thrive Psychology Clinic, where she honed her skills in supporting individuals through their unique challenges.
Before joining Thrive, Vesilia’s passion for the equestrian sports led her to briefly explore Equine Therapy, a field that combines her interests in psychology and working with individuals. This experience allowed her to support clients in navigating emotional and behavioral struggles in an innovative and nurturing environment.
As an Associate Psychologist at Thrive Psychology Clinic, Vesilia specializes in employing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), Behavioural Therapy (BT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She is dedicated to fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves openly. Her therapeutic approach focuses on empowering individuals to build resilience and develop emotional and behavioural regulation to better manage their daily lives.
Vesilia also recognises the profound impact of parental involvement and family relationships on a child’s development and overall well-being. She believes that a supportive family dynamic is integral to a child’s success, and parents play a vital role in the therapy process. By working closely with families, she aims to create a collaborative environment that strengthens relationships and supports long-term growth.
Passionate about mental health advocacy, Vesilia is committed to breaking the stigma surrounding seeking professional help in Singapore. She hopes to inspire a culture of acceptance and support, encouraging individuals to prioritise their mental well-being.
